Lynn Recruitment was established in 1990 by our Managing Director Maureen Lynn. For over 25 years we have partnered with Northern Ireland Businesses to solve their ever changing recruitment challenges quickly and cost effectively. With a wealth of recruitment knowledge, the Lynn team has over 70 years experience, allowing us to offer dynamic and innovative solutions to the ever changing staffing needs that the growing Northern Ireland economy demands.
Our skill lies in finding, assessing and delivering the right people to fill vacancies allowing our clients to get on with running their business. As business people, we know that staffing shortages can cause reduced productivity; therefore it is imperative to find the right staff that can move into positions at short notice and so maintain continuity of production.
We operate from two locations, head office in Belfast City Centre and a branch office in Portadown Town Centre. We currently have a total complement of 15 staff. The company is divided into 3 operational teams which report directly to the Managing Director.
