An independent food manufacturing firm in County Monaghan is now looking for a Packing & Dispatch Manager to join their team on a Full-Time, Permanent contract.
Your new role
Packing & Dispatch Manager will oversee a small team and be responsible for all the daily activities of the Packing Room, Dispatch Team and Shipping. You will verify discrepancies and reconcile any customer issues. The Packing & Dispatch Manager will take ownership of the production planning, scheduling and rostering for the areas. You will work alongside the Technical Manager to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations. The Packing & Dispatch Manager will oversee the implementation of the ERP System "Access Supply Chain" within Dispatch and Shipping.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role of Packing & Dispatch Manager you must have at least 2 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within food manufacturing or a FMCG environment. You will be a confident communicator who is capable of managing a small team on a daily basis. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to lead the team with all the daily Packing, Dispatch and Shipping activities.
