They are now looking for a result orientated Retail Manager to successfully manage all aspects of the day to day operations of the store.
Maximise sales & profit performance and achieve company KPI’s through demonstrating strong commercial acumen;
Inspire, lead and motivate staff;
Ensure your team delivers exceptional customer service on a consistent basis;
Demonstrate strong organisational skills through implementation of systems;
Deliver exemplary standards in store presentation, stock control & administration compliance;
Recruitment and development of staff.
