Your new company
We are seeking to recruit a Senior Development Engineer to join a leading global manufacturing firm who specialise in the producing a range of home appliances and white goods and are responsible for some of the most recognisable household brands. You will work in their state-of-the-art design, development & production facility in Dunleer.
Your new role
As our clients newest Senior Development Engineer, you will join an established team of Engineers and be responsible for introducing a range of heat-pumps and smart-rad products. You will produce detailed 3D Mechanical designs using Creo and a range of CAD packages. You will Work with engineering, manufacturing and commercial colleagues to ensure timely project delivery. As a Senior Development Engineer Support continuous improvement activity on the broader heating and cooling range of products You will closely with both customers and clients as well maintain close working relationships with internal departments including Quality and Production. This role will also involve occasion domestic and international travel.
What you'll need to succeed
To prove successful in securing this role you should be coming with a Degree in an Engineering related discipline and 5 years industry experience in a similar role. We are ideally seeking candidates with experience of plastic part/tool design, using the following materials: ABS/PP/PC/Nylon/EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) including material additives.
