Your new role
There are various CNC opportunities within the company. A CNC Operator who can interpret engineering plans and machining parameters, generate CAM programs, correction of CNC program editing, write and understand G-codes and setting up machine tools.
CNC Brake Press Operator who can perform daily set up and shut down, locate and load programs, perform minor maintenance if required and check parts to ISO standards.
Laser Operator who can set up and adjust lasers that cut flat sheets, adjusting laser power, understanding of print reading and tolerances. Experience operating Trumpf laser would be a bonus.
Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday Shift 1 - 6.00am to 3.00pm and Shift 2 - 2.30pm to 11.30pm
Friday Shift 1 6.00am to 11.00pm Shift 2 10.30am to 3.30pm
Overtime is at time and half.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be required to have CNC experience within a fast paced manufacturing setting. Be available to work days and evenings, possibly rotating. A good attitude as well as a good team player is also essential for the role.
