Temporary Inbound Customer Service Advisors

Fulltime 36.5hrs per week
£7.20 per hour/ paid weekly
Inbound Customer Service Advisors are required to provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customer contacts are managed in line with company policies and procedures. The contact centre operates between the hours of 7.45am and 9pm and we require flexibility with regard to weekend and bank holiday working
Applicants should be able to demonstrate that they meet the following essential criteria:
- Experience of using IT systems and packages including MS Word and Excel
- Customer Service to include; call centre, retail, hospitality or sales roles
- An effective relationship builder - someone who can quickly establish rapport with people
- A strong team player who strives to achieve team as well as individual targets
Duration: Temporary with the opportunity to apply for permanent vacancies
Rate of Pay: £7.20 per hour for normal shift hours, £10.80 per hour for all hours worked extra.
£14.40 per hour paid for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
Holidays: 28 days per annum pro rata
Location: Belfast City Centre - 5 minute walk from Great Victoria Street Bus and Train Station
Hours of work: Although our client's offices are open between the hours of 7.45am and 9pm
Monday to Sunday, they can be flexible and will try and accommodate you as much as possible.
Typical Shifts: 7.45am to 3.45pm
9am to 5pm
10am to 6pm
1pm to 9pm
