Honeycomb is assisting our client, an up and coming professional services practice, with the recruitment of a Corporate Administrator. This role is permanent and full time and is based in the Lisburn district.
A progressive professional services practice based in the Lisburn district. An established business with impressive growth plans for 2021.
The Corporate Administrator will work quite closely with the Director to assist with day to day operations and marketing administration. Typical duties will include:
- Filing documentation
- Report and letter writing
- Email management
- Booking appointments
- First point of contact for the business
- Basic bookkeeping duties
- Assisting with content for Social Media / Website
- Delivering a professional service at all times
- 1-2 years experience working in a similar environment.
- Motivated to join a business where you will contribute to the overall success.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Experience of posting content on social media platforms.
