First Choice Selection Services are currently recruiting Full time Band 2 and Band 3 Administration Staff to work in the public sector across Ballymena, and Antrim Town.
Duties will include;
- Answering telephone calls and monitoring emails
- Data input and Updating records
- Diary Management
- Preparing reports and documents
- Creating and sending letters
- Interaction with staff
- Use of company computer system
- General administration duties
- Previous administration experience
- 5 GCSE’s including Math’s and English
- Excellent computer and customer service skills
- One year minute taking experience
- OCR/ RSA Stage II Text Processing or equivalent or 2 years experience in an office enviournment with word processing.
Rates of Pay £7.83 for Band 2
Rates of Pay £8.49 for Band 3
Hours of work 9am – 5pm
