Your new role
As Key Account Manager you will develop our client's premium product portfolio in Coffee Shops/Cafés, QSRs (Food-To-Go, Takeaway, Delivery), Speciality Retail, Catering and Vending. You will develop the Out Of Home long term business strategy for the client, actively market & promote the client's portfolio within the out of home space, build and manage head office relationships, build strong direct and indirect route to market business, achieve value and volume targets, execute promotions and visibility standards within the channel, plus any other duties and responsibilities which management deem appropriate from time to time including adhering to all company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of appearance, behaviour and discipline and adhering to performance appraisal procedures. This is initially a 6 month fixed term contract as it is a brand new resource and channel for the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will demonstrate good negotiation and presentation skills along with a proven sales record, and relevant knowledge of the food service channel. You will win on the ground, have a strong customer focus, the ability to build great relationships and be able to maintain a high level of productivity in all aspects of the role. You will maintain key relationships with On-Premise Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, On-Premise Account Developers, and Brand Teams and have excellent communication skills, great planning and organisational skills and good networking capabilities.
This is a field sales role and will require extensive travel throughout the whole of NI so a full and clean driver's license is a must.
What you'll get in return
Basic salary of £35,000 pa plus up to 15% bonus with company car, laptop, iPad/phone.
