Duties and responsibilities will include:Presenting, promoting, specifying and selling KCC portfolio of products / services to existing and prospective customers
Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
Performing cost-benefit and need analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs
Cross selling all the products and services.
Achieve and exceed agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Analyse market potential, track sales and status reports
Expedite the resolution of customer problems to maximise satisfaction
Provide updates internally on customer needs, concerns, interest, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
En sure the compliance of company procedures, such as Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental; for all areas under your direct control.
Highly motivated and target driven.
Excellent selling, communication and negotiations skills
Sales Experience within the construction sector
Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Base knowledge of door structures (Steel / Aluminium / Timber)
Ability to deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
Able to work under own initiative as well as being part of a team.
High level of flexibility and dependability.
Prioritising, time management and organisational skills.
A proven capacity to learn new industry products
Engaging and persuasive communicator with fluent English who maximises client relations in order to capitalise on reoccurring revenue.
