* Gateway Services- Dungannon, Craigavon, Armagh and Newry - band 5/6

Criteria Band 5
* Degree or Diploma in Social Work
* Niscc registration
* Access to a car for Business purposes.

Criteria Band 6
* Degree or Diploma in Social Work (AYE completed)
* Niscc registration
* Access to car for Business purposes.

About the role:
* To deliver a Social Work Service to individual clients/families/groups in keeping with social, emotional and community dimensions of the care of people with mental health needs including dementia and their carers. Assessment of need, care planning, care and risk management and review of care services are key elements of the role as is Adult Safeguarding and the support of carers
* To devise appropriate packages of care, which effectively harness statutory, voluntary, community and family resources to complement and supplement the services provided by the Trust.
* To contribute positively to the effective and efficient operation of the Team.
* Responsibility for managing an allocated workload and establishing priorities within it.
* To maintain comprehensive, accurate and up-to-date records as required by the Trust.
