In partnership with our Client Independent News and Media CPL NI are seeking to recruit a Sales Canvasser - Inbound and outbound duties
Based in Newry (32 hour per week) - Monday - Friday (no evening or weekend work)
Applicants should demonstrate experience in each of the following areas:-
- Minimum 6 months experience within a telesales role.
- Proven 6 months outbound sales experience.
- Clean Disciplinary record
- Ability to Multi-task
- Proven ability working to deadlines
- Customer service experience
In addition the successful candidate will have:
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Flexibility in relation to working hours.
- Effective personal organisation
Key Result Areas for This Role
- Covering Email Accounts – booking adverts, sending proofs/cost etc.
- Handling Queries
- Taking Payment
- Liaising with Accounts Department
- Outbound Calling
- Working well as part of a team and on own initiative
- Attending sales meetings & training sessions
