Experienced and highly competent New Product Development Manager required for an innovative and multiple award-winning food production company in County Down. This AA+ BRC grade business is at the forefront of NPD and is now looking for an experienced New Product Development Manager to join the team and oversee their state-of-the-art, purpose-built Food Innovation Centre.

Your new role
The NPD Manager will lead the New Product Development process for the business and will be responsible for the successful development & control of all new and existing products and oversee every project from concept to launch. You will work closely and develop relationships with a small number of key clients which is likely to include major multiples across UK & Ireland. You will hold frequent New Product Development review meetings with Senior Management & Commercial teams to ensure that new and ongoing project information is well communicated across the company.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role of New Product Development Manager you must be degree educated in a relevant discipline such as Food Science, Food Technology, Food Nutrition and Health, Food Safety & Quality Management with at least 4-5 years' experience in NPD within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You must be passionate about food innovation, be competent at managing a small team and capable to leading a New Product Development Department.
