MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Client Engagement Manager for our Technology client who work within the manufacturing sector to provide product cost management solutions.
As the Client Engagement Manager, you are responsible for the strategic management of professional services and product cost management solution implementations across a wide range of manufacturing and technology organisations.
A key role of the Client Engagement Manager is to foster customer loyalty by ensuring that our client's customers can fully utilize the value of our client's solutions and services.
The successful candidate will hold a strong technical and commercial background gained within engineering or manufacturing have extensive experience and success in managing and growing strategic relationships with multiple complex business applications.
You will have an excellent ability to interact and communicate with customers, internal relations and numerous stakeholders at varying levels alongside demonstrable success in managing business process change in a consulting role.
It is viewed you will hold at least a degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business Management.
Travel is required in this position.
