Vanrath are proud to be working with one of NI's leading financial technology centres in their search for an Application Support Team Lead/Manager.

- Day-to-day you'll provide technical leadership to the new and growing application support team.
- You'll act as an escalation point within the team, taking part in the on-boarding of new clients.
- Working closely with senior management, you'll play a critical role in process improvement and service delivery.
- You'll play an active part in the creation of new tools to enhance efficiency across client support.
Who are we looking for?
- We're looking for candidates with experience of supporting software in a busy app support or help-desk environment with commercial technical and/or team leadership.
- You'll be a strong communicator and have experience of troubleshooting issues for either internal or external clients.
- Experience of working within an ITIL environment, Service Now and supporting applications across both Windows and Linux environments will be a distinct advantage.
