Hays HR is delighted to be representing a well-established organisation in their search for a new HR Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. Located in the Greater Belfast area, this fantastic business has gone from strength to strength over recent months. You will join a well established HR team who are committed to providing the best possible advice and guidance to staff right across the group.
Your new role
As the new HR Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the senior HR team across the group HR function. You will act as the first point of contact for all HR queries and deal with them as soon as possible. This will also involve escalating to senior management as and when required. You will also be responsible for administering the full on-boarding process for all new starts. In this role it will be your responsibility to provide wider HR support depending on business requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
As the ideal candidate you will display the following:
- 1+ years experience in a fast-paced HR environment
- CIPD qualified
- Available at short notice
- First-Class organisational & IT skills
