Your new role
As the new HR Business Partner you will report into the Group HR Manager and act as a key member of the wider HR team. Operating as the main point of contact for staff you will need to compete with a number of tight deadlines. Moreover, you will have full operational responsibility for all core people issues for sites based in Belfast. Supporting senior leadership with strategic people matters, you will also influence projects to ensure that the organisation continues to champion the HR function in the new world of work. This HR job will have a particular focus on Industrial relations as you seek to maintain good relations with the workers.
What you'll need to succeed
As the ideal candidate you will
- 5+ Years dealing with Trade Unions as a HR point of Contact
- Be a member of the CIPD
- Strong and effective communicator
- Ability to meant tight deadlines
- Experienced in HR in a similar fast-paced environment
