Retail Training & Development Manager (Permanent)
Based - Belfast
This is a dynamic role which will involve 3 key activities:
Responsible for the creation and implementation of the Training & Development strategy and to champion these.
To provide and promote a training & development function and to support retailers in the achievement of retail excellence.
To be an ambassador for brand engagement
3rd level education or significant experience in Training & Development
Senior level experience in a medium to large organisation
Proven track record in Training Field
Customer service experience
Strong People focus with the ability to manage a team
Ability to design, develop, implement and evaluate training plans and methodology
Advanced written and communication skills
Passion for customer excellence
