Rapport Fundraising is a specialist direct marketing agency that works solely with the not for profit sector to provide tailored fundraising solutions. We are recruiting for an Account Manager to manage client needs both internally and externally while ensuring campaign deliverables are achieved. You will be able to communicate confidently, prioritise your workload effectively and exhibit excellent management and administrative skills.
This is a temp to perm role that provides excellent opportunities for growth and development in a thriving business.
1.Develop and execute project plans with key milestones across all departments, suppliers and clients from data management to returns handling.
2.Develop campaign revenue and costs projections both externally and internally.
3.Measure and achieve campaign targets through the delivery of team results alongside achievement of key campaign milestones.
4.Set and achieve department budgets.
5.Identify and exploit new opportunities by looking beyond the current boundaries of the business and make appropriate suggestions for improvement.
6.Ensure that all campaigns have an effective team with the required skills and potential to meet the current and future needs of clients.
7.Proactively manage various technologies required to delivery excellent results and manage the relationships with technology suppliers.
8.Ensure that Data Regulations are being adhered to at all times by ensuring a process driven approach to all tasks is developed and adhered to across all departments.
9.Assist in building passion and commitment towards the company vision by establishing trust and delivering the goals in a compelling and motivating way so that the team feel empowered to carry it out.
10.Assist in creating an environment that embraces change and make this change happen by always challenging the status quo and encouraging others to drive change.
11.Work with the management team and external partners to ensure delivery of client needs.
12.Build peer support and strong internal company relationships through interaction and engagement with the fundraising team.
13.Develop a reporting process to ensure interaction with the Managing Director and Operations Manager.
14.Work alongside the Managing Director, Operations Manager and Team Leaders to ensure that best practices are employed at all times.
- Minimum 2 years working in a Management Role.
- Flexible approach to working hours, evenings and weekends required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- IT Literate, with strong Excel skills.
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
- Previous Call Centre Experience.
- Proven experience with Team Management.
- Proven experience in training others, coaching and mentoring staff.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Experience with management of excellence in Call Quality.
- Experience setting an achieving revenue and profit targets.
Salary: Negotiable, bonus incentives
Hours: We offer flexible working patterns with alternating Saturdays.
