Training Administrator, Dungannon

A fantastic opportunity to work for a passionate, innovative company based in Dungannon with a fantastic company culture. This organisation is a market leader in their industry. Due to expansion they are recruiting for a Training Administrator on a permanent basis. Salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience
Your new role
You will be responsible for arranging, booking and coordinating training for the company and tracking the progress of training programmes. You will work closely with HR and line managers to select staff members and arrange and prepare training programmes.
You will work closely with staff and line managers and provide feedback to HR and ensure all relevant training paperwork is completed and filed and saved in their employee records.
You may on occasions have to book external trainers and ensure the company has the right facilities for the training organisation. You will also be responsible for any other administration duties as required
The hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.30-5
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 2 years administration experience, preferably in either a HR or training background.
