ROLE PURPOSE
The successful candidate will join our Digital Development team and help us ensure our market leading websites and products continue to meet and deliver the needs of our website visitors and B2B clients. The Product Coordinator will be responsible for product maintenance and monitoring, market and competitor analysis and informing product development across INM's market leading digital classified platforms in Northern Ireland, including Propertynews, NIJobFinder and RecruitNI.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES (Overview)
- Monitor product performance (speed, seo, browser/screen/device usage etc.) using multiple data sources
- Monitor industry and consumer trends and provide regular market analysis
- Ongoing analysis of competitors' product offering and activity
- Regular product reviews, identifying development and potential integration or partnership opportunities
- Contribute to product development backlog
- Share insights and recommendations across other teams (marketing, commercial, support)
- Work with Product Manager to agree and monitor metrics to measure the performance of new features
- Monitor website users and client satisfaction across our various Brands
- Track relevant KPIs and report to management
- Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation across all Brands
- Assist in creating and maintaining documentation to assist with ongoing data management across all products, keep up to date with GDPR and Data Protection best practices
- To generate reports across our portfolio of products whenever needed
- To assist wider team with testing and delivery of scheduled development and larger projects
- To assist in other administrative duties as required
- 3rd Level Degree in relevant area is preferable
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position working with websites or software
- Strong experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio or similar
- Experience or high level of ability working with MS Excel or similar
- Awareness of GDPR
