1.10 Measuring work and adjusting variations in accordance with the terms of the contract and preparing final account, pricing same and agreeing totals with the Contractor. 2 Client Relations
2.1 To ensure professional and positive relations are maintained with contractors, work providers, clients and designers.
2.2 To assist in obtaining client feedback on an informal basis 3. Practice Management
3.1 To work with the Associate and other team members as part of a team of quantity surveyors, taking direction from and reporting directly to the Associate.
3.2 Carry out regular review of workload to advise the Associates of tasks completed and advising on my available/required resources.
3.3 Responsible for the day to day management of my workload, to include planning and delivery of this workload within agreed timescales and advising the Associate.
3.4 Responsible for all quality and other checks to ensure compliance with the procedures set out in the practices IMS Manual.
