Your new role
Due to continual growth in the demanding market place, this reputable contractor has a requirement for a Site Manager. Your initial project will be a residential design and build scheme comprising of 1700 units of housing and apartments valued at £2.5m. You will be part of a growing team and working on a range of unique projects throughout the UK and Ireland.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered successful for this role it is expectant that you are SMSTS/CSR or CSCS registered. . As a Site Manager you will you be tasked with negotiating with subcontractors, ensuring the project meets the projected program and monitoring health and safety. You will be responsible for planning and managing day to day construction activities, leading the team and liaising with the design department
