Hays NI are representing a highly successful Northern Irish based building & civil engineering contractor as they are seeking to add to their experienced operational team with a Site Manager with a strong track record in new build apartments. The company have developed over the last 15 years taking on larger and more complex projects for an expanding client base including projects in the residential, education, healthcare, fit-out & commercial sectors. Operating solely within the island of Ireland (North & South) there is no requirement for wider UK travel!!!


Your new role
Operating on a range of projects the company are seeking a Site Manager with extensive new build apartment development experience to lend their expertise to the management team and lead subcontractors, design teams and others to the successful delivery of projects. You will be involved throughout the lifecycle of the projects problem solving, guiding and reassuring individuals throughout. Having a wide variety of projects to be involved in you will be presented with exciting challenges throughout.


What you'll need to succeed
As a successful Site Manager will have a demonstrable track record of delivering complex projects & an extensive knowledge of civil engineering including drainage, muckshifting, roads, kerbing and all associated structural workings of a project. It is well known that the getting the civil & structural elements right sets the project up to be as successful as it possibly can be therefore this is a highly important role within the company.
