One of Northern Ireland's top tier contractors are currently recruiting for a Site Engineer to work several on a £multi-million developments including a new Student Accommodation in a major UK city.
Established as a stalwart of the construction industry in Northern Ireland for over 50 years, your new employer has been involved in some of the largest projects across the UK & Northern Ireland.
With exponential growth they continue to expand, and due to such growth, they now require a Site Engineer for upcoming commercial projects.
Your new role
Your new project will be based in a major UK city and will see you assisting Project Managers in supervising the development of Reinforced Concrete Frame or Steel Frame buildings from inception through to completion.
You will ensure that programme, quality and cost targets are achieved in accordance with the build programme, through the effective management of the site team and sub-contractors and be involved in all engineering duties including setting out, overseeing quality, health and safety and managing labour.
What you'll need to succeed
Applicants must be degree qualified or have suitable experience as an Engineer ideally on commercial builds, with Reinforced Concrete or Steel Frame experience however, experience with differing structures will be considered.
Further to this, our client is seeking to employ a qualified Site Engineer who is fully aware of recent health and safety legislation, capable in setting out and holds attention to detail to the highest regard and can complete work on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
