Contracts Administrator, Co Down £15-19K
Medium sized M&E Contractor with projects across the UK and ROI. Working collaboratively with clients and delivering full M&E services from design through to project completion and maintenance they are looking to grow their team further with the appointment of a contracts administrator.
Tell me more about the role?
You will be working to and with the full support of a Senior Contracts Manager. You will be responsible for managing general administration in relation to ongoing contracts across the UK and ROI. This will involved document control, booking flights, attending meetings and minute taking, as well as technical submittals. You will be given the opportunity to learn on the job how to manage contracts from an administrative point of view and be given the opportunity eventually to progress to a contracts manager role.
Is this the role for me?
You will be a highly organised and driven individual with good administration skills and a knowledge of the construction industry. Ideally you will have worked in a contracting environment, in a similar capacity and have an HNC + qualification in a related discipline. You will be familiar with the construction process, have excellent IT skills and be a good communicator both verbally and in written form.
