Honeycomb is delighted to be working on behalf of our client, an established charitable organisation based in the heart of the city centre to appoint an Office Administrator to their team on a part-time, temporary basis. In order to assist the organisation during a period of internal changes, you will be required to work part-time (21 hours) on a temporary basis for 3 months. However, as the organisation continues to grow from strength to strength, opportunity exists for this role to potentially turn permanent.
In order to assist with this period of growth across the business, our client is seeking to recruit a part-time Office Administrator to become an integral part of the company's internal workings. You will work within the heart of the business offering general administrative support to the HR team to ensure that daily operations run smoothly.
Duties will include:
- Keeping the office in order, i.e. managing the company's post, answering and responding to telephone queries, manually inputting data and ordering stationery etc.
- Processing general administrative support to the rest of the team, as and when required
- Producing payroll and holiday reports
- Data Entry - a large portion of this role will involve inputting data into internal systems
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate keen to work within a charity or keen to secure their first admin role within an HR department.
The ideal person must have excellent people skills, be an excellent communicator and enjoy working as part of a team. Previous experience of using PAMS system would be advantageous, but not essential.
