Honeycomb is assisting our client, an Independent Financial Advisory practice based in Newtownards, with the recruitment of a Financial Services Administrator. This is a full time permanent role.

The job role
The role will be to provide administrative support to a team of financial Advisors. Specific responsibilities will include the preparation of documentation and maintenance of client records relating to both new business and the servicing of existing clients.
Some of the daily activities will include:
- General Administrative Duties
- Assisting with Group Pensions Schemes and Employee Benefits
- Updating internal systems
- Assisting the Financial Advisors with researching and providing information
- Liaising with providers and clients
Applications are welcome from candidates coming from either an IFA background or the wider Financial Services spectrum wanting to move across and work in an IFA practice.
As this is a busy and demanding environment, applicants must have the ability to manage and prioritise their own workload and meet tight deadlines. The role will involve liaising with a range of people on a frequent basis in a professional manner thus applicants should also possess good interpersonal and organisational skills and an understanding of client care.
Applicants must have excellent administrative skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent written and spoken communication skills are also essential.
