MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting an Accounts Payable Specialist on a full time, permanent basis for our client based in Banbridge.

Whilst working as part of a well established AP team within an organisation which is a local success story, you will be assisting with the continued growth trajectory. You will receive a leading benefits package including health cash plan, 30 days annual leave which increases with length of service, early Friday finish and a competitive salary.

Your New Job:

• Maintenance of the purchase ledger
• Processing receipt of goods, matching with PO and ensuring controls at each stage
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Prepare and proces weekly and monthly BACS payment runs
• Assist with month end close

What you need to succeed:

• 3 years' experience working with an AP position
• Ability to take ownership and willingness to grow and learn
• Strong Excel knowledge and knowledge of accounting software
• Team player with good communication skills
