Hays Accountancy and Finance are seeking a Financial Controller to join a leading organisation on a permanent basis. The role will be based in their offices in County Down and is paying up to £52000. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for the next step in their finance career.
Your new role
This is a varied role that will include a multitude of responsibilities. Within this role you will prepare monthly management account packs which will include detailed analysis and commentary and you will report on annual sales and forecasting. You will also report on KPIs and prepare/ deliver presentations on a monthly basis at board level on company performance. Furthermore, you will lead your own finance team and manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting and reporting information for the business. You will also have the opportunity to implement and manage financial controls/ processes in the business.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need to hold a recognised accountancy qualification and have experience working in a similar finance based role. Additionally, you should also have experience reviewing financial controls/ processes and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
