Honeycomb is a unique new Recruitment Consultancy based in the beautiful Scottish Provident Building in the heart of the city centre. With over 20 years combined experience in the local market, our team are exceptionally well connected and have successfully delivered projects for many of Northern Ireland's most successful organisations (from SME's to globally operating Corporates). We are the only company in Northern Ireland to specialise in Business Support and our aim is to provide an exceptional service to clients and candidates alike, putting them front and centre of everything we do.
This is an extremely diverse role and one which is critical to the success of the business. You will be supporting the sales team in a variety of ways including;
- Administrative support (CV preparation, data base management)
- Scheduling interviews and diary management
- Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors/calls to the business
- Finance Administration (payroll, basic credit control, invoicing)
- Social Media management (updating the company Linked-in, Facebook and Twitter daily)
- Supporting with event management
- Providing research to support the sales team.
- Producing reports and presentations as required
We are keen to speak to enthusiastic, experienced Sales Support / Administration professionals who enjoy working within a fast paced and fluid work environment. For us, attitude is everything - at Honeycomb, we are very much a 'team' and the successful candidate will need to have the same passion and commitment as we share.
You should have a minimum of 1 years administration experience and exceptional IT skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint in particular) and be familiar with a range of social media platforms.
