Brook Street (UK) Ltd has been engaged by one of our clients in Coleraine to provide candidates for several HR Business Partner vacancies.
Our client is a household name within Northern Ireland and is currently seeking to increase the headcount within its HR team initially for a fixed-term period of 6 months.
The successful candidates will work with internal stakeholders to develop the business, assist with the implementation of new policies and procedures, conduct internal HR audits, create new policies and amend existing policies, deliver a HR advisory service to multiple departments, provide professional advice to internal customers, ensure equality of opportunity, and help to deliver a recruitment service which will ensure professional staff are recruited in accordance to best practice.
You will be a HR professional and you will have experience of working as HR Business Partner in large, multi-faceted organisations.
Candidates must must have at least three years` experience at a similar level within the HR department of a large organisation, must have access to a car to enable them to travel between head office in Belfast and Coleraine, and must be able to commit to a working a fixed-term contract role of 6 months.
You will benefit from a generous Annual Leave package, car parking, working within an experienced team, and salary will be commensurate with experience - circa £35,000
