The role of Customer Coordinator involves processing customer orders, providing client support and also providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for guiding customers through their journey with the business and suggest process improvements which become apparent as you go. Due to the technical nature of the products, no 2 interactions are the same and you will also liaise with other people within different divisions to fulfil your role. This is a really varied role with ample opportunity for progression.
The right person for this role will be a customer service professional with experience gained from within a manufacturing environment. You will be a competent user of MS Office packages, including Excel, and posses grades C and above in GCSE Maths and English.
