Your new role
You will work with a dynamic team to bring content creation and digital expertise, and contribute to and implement the digital strategy for groups e-commerce retailers by the development of product brands, growing the brand awareness and consumer engagement in line with the Marketing Plan. You will review and implement Customer UX improvements across all e-commerce sites. You will understand SEO to ensure optimisation of all platforms, to increase organic search. You will provide end-to-end analysis, delivery and performance reporting of all digital elements including creatively led digital campaigns. You will create content for all digital platforms, along with and amendments of existing sites, pages and other marketing material, and continually devise new, creative concepts and ideas to present marketing material for product re-launch to ensure brand awareness customer and loyalty, plus any other reasonable duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a degree or equivalent in Marketing or related plus 2 years' experience within a similar digital marketing capacity and experience working on simultaneous marketing projects to deadlines. You will have string knowledge and experience of SEO, PPS campaigns website management and website analytic tools, and proven data and insight led experience. You will be experienced in setting clear objectives across campaign elements and customer journey, and experience in marketing communications with a track record and recent experience of delivery of target-driven marketing campaigns and promotional activities, ideal for B2C. You will have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, a proactive approach and able to work to your own initiative without supervision and excellent attention to detail. Beneficial if you have excellent planning and organisation skills, proven experience of working to tight deadlines and experience in an e-commerce marketing role.
What you'll get in return
Salary of £23,000-£28,000 depending on experience, plus benefits package.
