Due to ongoing growth and success, the client is looking for a professional Executive Assistant to come on board and support the Managing Director.
The role of Executive Assistant involves organising the Director's diary and ensuring that their time is optimised as much as possible. You will be responsible for taking meeting minutes, running reports and assisting with proposals when required. You will be the face of the team of directors and ensure you are upholding the professional reputation of the business always. You will provide wider administrative support at a senior level and be responsible for the effective running of the admin function.
The right person for this role will be an experienced Executive Assistant with a minimum of 5 years experience. The desirable criteria for this role will be someone coming from a manufacturing environment.
The package for this role is a competitive salary and attractive wider benefits package which can be discussed upon interview. The hours of work are 9-5, Mon-Fri with an element of flexibility required.
