Due to continued growth, Shelbourne Motors is recruiting for an Accounts Administrator. The role will be based at their site in Portadown.
The purpose of the Accounts Administrator is to ensure the smooth running of the finance function. The job holder will be an essential part of a small team providing administrative support to Senior Accounts. Daily duties will involve credit control management for Sales & Purchases, reconciling nominal ledgers, collating & logging all invoices onto the accounts IT system to ensure prompt payment, banking including bank reconciliations, lodgements, receipt and management of all cash along with general administrative duties such as opening, sorting & distributing of post.

?Previous working experience of an Accounts computerised system
