Vehicle Administrator, Immediate start, Derry City, Temporary to permanent opportunity

Hays are working on behalf of a leading logistics company in the North West to recruit a Vehicle Administrator for their team. You will be joining a highly successful organisation and supporting a fast-paced administration team. Hours of work will be 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Some flexibility will be required at times to meet business needs. This position will be temporary initially with the view to becoming permanent.
Your new role
As Vehicle Administrator you will be responsible for all administration in relation to the maintenance of a large fleet of vehicles. Key responsibilities will include monitoring certifications due on vehicles, booking MOT's and PSV's, ensuring repair work is completed on vehicles, liaising with contractors and drivers, completing all paperwork accurately and efficiently, updating the system, communicating with people via written and verbal forms.
What you'll need to succeed
As Vehicle Administrator it is important that you can demonstrate recent experience in a similar role. You will have excellent communication & IT skills. It is important that you can make key decisions and work to deadlines.
