Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a prestigious fuel supplier, in the hope of securing both a Senior Despatch Clerk & Despatch Clerk. (Derry/ Londonderry)

The role of Senior Dispatch Clerk includes supporting the wider business 1st hand with the continued growth of both the fantastic reputation and the sales of the business. You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Dispatch to support the smooth running of the distribution of orders in an economical and efficient manner. You will be involved with order processing and invoicing as well as stock control and inventory management. You will be supporting the overall operations team to ensure effective and efficient upkeep of administration. You will work closely with cross functions in the organisation as well as various depots within your given geographical reach. You additionally support drivers out on field with queries to include vehicle maintenance.
The role of Dispatch clerk is to assist the Senior on all of the above duties.
Both roles are Full Time and Permanent. Mon- Fri with approx. 1 in 3 Saturday working. (If working a Saturday you will finish your shift at lunchtime)
This is a varied position requiring a professional individual who possesses strong prioritisation and communication skills.
You will have the ability to problem solve and have at least 2 years' experience is a similar role within a busy office environment.
You will be resilient have the ability to communicate cross function. You will be solely focused on the overall customer service and reputation of the business.
