Office Administrator, Derry City, Part-time hours
Your new company
Is a well known brand name in the City. They have an immediate requirement for an Office Administrator to join their team. You will work part-time hours and this will include Saturday's & Sunday's on a rota basis. During busy times of the year there will be an opportunity to work additional hours.
Your new role
As Office Administrator you will be joining a busy and successful team. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers on arrival, processing customer orders via the computer system, taking payments from customers and issuing them with receipts. You will be responsible for handling cash and other forms of payment. As Administrator there will be a requirement to speak with customers over the phone this will include incoming and outgoing calls. You will also be required to provide cover in other departments as required.
What you'll need to succeed
As Office Administrator it is essential that you can demonstrate previous experience within a similar role. You will have excellent IT / communication skills and previous cash handling experience.
