Employing almost 100 people across multiple business functions, Hays have been appointed to recruit a Business Support Officer to join their team. This is a key role within this local and highly successful company.
Your new role
As Business Support Officer, you will provide professional, accurate, effective and timely support across a range of key business functions. You will provide administration support to the Senior Management team. Key responsibilities will include the designing and updating of management information systems, document management including proofreading and distribution, Administration of tenders, monitoring of company email accounts, management of petty cash and ordering stationery / office supplies. Creating and managing business filling systems. Reception and general administration duties.
What you'll need to succeed
As Business Support Officer, you will have 5 GCSE's at grade C or above (or equivalent) including Maths & English. Be able to demonstrate experience in the areas outlined above. Have knowledge and experience using management information systems such as spreadsheets and databases. Be proficient in Microsoft suite and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
