Hays are working on behalf of a leading Financial Provider to recruit an Administrator / Receptionist to join their company. This is a part-time position with an immediate start. There is a possibility that full time hours will be available at a later stage.
Your new role
As Administrator / Receptionist you will be based front of house. Your responsibilities will include taking calls from customers and dealing with enquiries professionally, scanning documents received and uploading them onto computer system, emailing correspondence securely to supporting company and general administration duties. Completing all tasks in line with FCA guidelines.
What you'll need to succeed
As Administrator / Receptionist it is important that you can demonstrate recent experience within a busy office administration role. You will have excellent written & verbal communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft suite.
