MCS Group is currently working alongside a leading, innovative, software company to recruit a Senior Inside Sales Executive for their established and growing business. Base salary of £30k plus a realistic OTE of £60k.
Prospecting for new clients through a wide range of business development activity, you will create a healthy pipeline of prospects and nurture them through the sales cycle from initial point of contact, delivery of online demonstrations, and closing of the sale.
Working with technical staff and other internal colleagues you will gain a thorough understanding of the company's product suite and services, and articulate the value to prospects and meet the needs of their business.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing team in identifying and developing new campaigns and ensure that sales and marketing are truly aligned and ensure that KPI' are achieved as well as overall business objectives.
- 2+ years' experience in an outbound B2B sales role (software preferred but not essential)
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with key decision makers
- Target driven with the ability to influence and sell. Must have a consultative sales approach
- Ability to deliver effectively against set targets under minimal supervision
