The Role

• Collaborate with an experienced team to develop high performance and professional software solutions
• Support the CTO in shaping the future of the product and its features
• Aid in the innovation of new products and research and implement new technologies to provide a professional service to your clients
• Partake in all brainstorming, strategy meetings and innovation processes to help guide the direction of the system
• Work closely with the commercial team to understand each client's individual needs
• Enhance the platform through your experience and expertise
• Work alongside the team to develop new features and help set the technical agenda and pace of operation

The Person

• Experience as a Software Developer in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced in the full life cycle of product development
• A proven track record of working collectively to meet deadlines
• A driven personality with an interest in developing bespoke software solutions
• Not afraid to challenge the status quo
• A real passion for code
• Strong understanding of technologies such as C#, .NET and JavaScript
