A leading provider of business process solutions and a large employer in the North West. Hays are working alongside this company to recruit a Senior HR Advisor to join their existing HR Team.
Your new role
Reporting to the HR Manager you will provide a professional HR Advisory service to Managers on all employee/employment related matters. In your position as HR Advisor you will act as a panel advisor within disciplinary/grievance meetings, take a lead role in the co-ordination of investigatory meetings, drive and lead employee relations activities, Train Manager on implementation of HR related policies, implement and co-ordinate engagement strategies and identify to the HR Manager areas of improvement within the HR function.
What you'll need to succeed
As HR Advisor you will be able to demonstrate relevant experience within a HR role, in particular employee relations. Be CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD Level 5. Have a strong knowledge of all Employment legislation. Committed to continuous personal development and proficient in Microsoft suite. It is important that you possess good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads. Can develop strong working relationships with staff and senior management. Are passionate about people and their development. Enthusiastic with a positive, can do attitude to work.
