As a result of continued growth within the business Hays have been appointed by this client to recruit a PA / HR Administrator to join their team.
Your new role
As PA / HR Administrator you will provide support to the HR Manager, Director and Chief Operating Office. The company are implementing a new HR system and an initial task will be to update this with all personnel files. You will assist with telephone and email enquiries, minute meetings, be responsible for diary management, compose letters and other correspondence, data entry, filing and general office administration duties.
What you'll need to succeed
As PA / HR Administrator, it is essential that you can demonstrate recent experience within a similar role. You will be highly organised and have excellent communication skills. You must be proficient in Microsoft suite and Excel.
