Your new role
As HR Manager, you will be providing HR support across the organisation and report directly to the Senior Management team. You will have responsibility for the recruitment & selection of staff, management of employee relations including disciplinaries, absence management, grievances and performance management. You will be tasked with reviewing HR policies and procedures and contributing to changes implemented. Part of the role will also involve overseeing the administration team and the management of staff holidays.
What you'll need to succeed
Essentially, you will have at least 2 years experience in a HR Generalist role and CIPD Graduate membership. You will be able to demonstrate previous HR experience within a public sector body. It is important that you are confident making key decisions relating to HR issues within the company.
