HR / Employee Relations Advisor, contract position, Immediate start available, Derry City Centre

Is a global brand within their industry. This client set up in Derry over 12 years ago and have experienced continuous success and growth since then. They have a requirement for an immediate requirement for a HR / Employee Relations Advisor. This is a temporary position that is expected to last for approximately 4 months. Salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
Your new role
As HR / ER Advisor you will play a key role within the HR team providing support to offices across NI. Key responsibilities will include providing support to managers and employees, guidance on policies and programmes, conducting investigations for employee relations complaints, maintaining good collaborative relations with Managers and Trade Union representatives. As HR / Employee Relations Advisor you will also maintain and drive business excellence through ensuring effective Performance Management, support good communication and positive relationships with Employees and Management.
What you'll need to succeed
As HR / Employee Relations Advisor you will have 3 years' experience in employee relations; strong HR generalist with exposure of ER and unionised environment. Knowledge of HR best practice and employment law. Good organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
