HR Advisor, HR Assistant, HR Co-ordinator, based in Derry

Your new role
As HR Advisor, you will be joining a group of highly motivated individuals delivering a best in practice service for their staff, across multiple sites. Working within a fast paced and busy environment you will be supporting over 500 employees on queries relating to HR policies and procedures with a strong customer focus. You will administer the sickness absence process, statutory and company leave as per company policy. Manage queries from staff and people managers on payroll related matters. Support the administration of pensions and benefits. Provide reporting as required such as the submission of annual returns to the NI Equality Commission. Ensure HR systems are accurately updated and support employees with any HR system queries, Use reporting and systems available to effectively monitor, track and audit HR processes to mitigate against risk and ensure compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
As HR Advisor, you will be able to demonstrate strong knowledge on employment legislation in NI . Have working knowledge of Data Protection obligations and confidentiality as applies to a HR professional. Strong Excel skills and analytical ability. Previous experience in a similar generalist role is essential. HR systems experience with Oracle would be advantageous.
