Hays are recruiting on behalf of their client, a large, highly successful and growing construction company, to recruit a HR Administrator. This is a full time, permanent position, the hours of work are 8.30-5.30 (Mon-Thurs) and 8.30-5.00 (Fri).
Your new role
As HR Administrator you will work closely with the HR Manager and will assist them with all HR related duties and issues.
What you'll need to succeed
As HR Administrator you will have a minimum of 2 years employment experience to include 1 year in a HR function and you will be educated to degree level in a business or related discipline. As HR Administrator you must be IT literate, you must be interested in a holistic HR approach and you must demonstrate the ability to work well with all stakeholders and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
