Hays are working on behalf of a leading company in the North West who enjoy an excellent reputation in the city. They have experienced extensive growth over the last 12 months and have increased their head count significantly. Hays have been appointed to recruit a HR Administrator to join their highly successful team.
Your new role
As HR Administrator you will provide support to different business functions. You will perform general administration duties including managing the time and attendance system, updating the internal employee system, maintaining confidential personnel records, assisting HR with the recruitment process and providing reports to the HR Manager. You will also be required to provide cover for Reception.
What you'll need to succeed
As HR Administrator you will be able to demonstrate recent experience within a similar role. It is important that you have the ability to build strong relationships at all business levels, maintain confidential and sensitive information, work independently with limited supervision, be highly organised and possess excellent IT and communication skills. A 3rd level relevant qualification is desirable.
