Sales Order Processor/ Administrator

Network Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, a software solutions company based in both Mid Ulster and Belfast. They have created a unique platform that enables sports club across all fields to easily engage with their members online. This innovative toolkit helps clubs and schools collect payments online, sell tickets, register members, collect orders for kits etc. Due to continued growth and popularity of their online platform, they have an opening for a Sales Order Processor who will ensure the smooth running of their office in Maghera.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the exiting team and support the administration requirements across the board which will include:
- Sales order processing using a bespoke CRM system
- Processing customer and supplier invoices
- Credit control
- Answering of calls and dealing with queries
Key Skills & Competencies:
- A high level of organisational skills with a well-developed ability to prioritize and work within set deadlines.
- Good IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience as an office administrator or an equivalent role.
- An ability to learn quickly and adapt to different situations
- The ability to work in a team and on their own when required
