Construction & Architecture Jobs in Derry/Co Londonderry

MCS Group are proud to be working with a leading residential contractor based in Derry / Londonderry to recruit for two Architectural Technicians to join their expanding design team. Due to a number of recent project wins they are planning this expansion, giving candidates reassurance on job security in their new role.

The contractors Head Office is in Derry / Londonderry but they also have a remote office based in Belfast, candidates can be based in either office so I am seeking candidates based in the North West area as well as the Belfast area.

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 4/5 years recent and relevant experience
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and/or Revit
• A degree in either Architectural Technology or Architecture
• A good understanding of building construction and detailing including current NI and English Building Regulations
• Experience in dealing with construction consultants
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills with a sharp eye for detail
• Ability to take on responsibility, meet project deadlines and work collaboratively to meet company targets
